Join renowned Sydney-based chef Nelly Robinson for an intimate but truly epic dining experience at NEL restaurant. "Singapore awaits" has been curated especially for this event, where Nelly will showcase a reimagined take on Singapore’s eclectic and innovative culinary scene.
This one-night-only menu is an 8-course degustation experience which will offer Australian diners the chance to reignite their passion for the Lion City. Expect distinctive flavours, cooking techniques and iconic dishes which Singapore is well-known for, but served with a twist, provided by Chef Nelly’s creative approach to tastes and story-telling.
"Singapore awaits" expresses Chef Nelly’s love of Singapore, which will see him apply his distinctive culinary flair to some of Singapore’s most iconic and well-loved dishes.
